Group 3 Swimming Time Trials
Group 3 triathletes have been practising their swimming race distance (12 lengths) reguarly in trianing since the end of last year. The spreadsheet below shows collated times and you will see some impressive improvements have been recorded. Perosnal best times are also recorded.
Don't be disheartended if you're not seeing big time improvements, your times will naturally plateau as you reach your peak - the secret then is to maintain consistency which many of you are doing.
Well done for all the effort you've put in so far, keep it up and let's see some new PB's over the summer!
