Run and Core
The Run and Core sessions have now finished at the Genome Campus.
This is been replaced by a structured running program. Meet at the Lord Butler Leisure Centre 7.30pm. The session will take place on Shire Hill which is lit, however could members please bring reflective clothing.
A number of the club run with the Saffron Striders Running club on a Tuesday and Thursday evening, departing Lord Butler Fitness and Leisure Centre at 20:00.
