Bike training sessions
Turbo Training, Winter ONLY
The sessions take place every Friday night between 19:30 and 21:00hrs from early November through to April at Carver Barracks Gym.

Club Ride
Every Sunday a number of cyclists and club members meet at Lord Butler Leisure Centre at 07:30 for a ride of approximately 2hrs (25-30miles).

The "Sunday Morning Ride Guidelines for participants" have just been revised 03/2010.
The revised approach is designed to make the rides more enjoyable and to cater for cyclists of all abilities and fitness levels.
Please download and read the guidelines which set out timing and details of the three rides, along with information on ride etiquette, communication and equipment.
Please note the ride is not a coached session and so individuals are responsible for their own safety and behaviour on the road.

WaldenTRI would like to hear from you.We have three scheduled rides with ride leaders catering for ALL abilities each Sunday from the Lord Butler Leisure Centre.
Slow 7:30am Less than 12mph
Medium 7:30am 13-15 mph
Fast 7:30am 18-20 mph
Non-members are invited to join any of the rides we offer.
