Turbo Training
WaldenTRI launched a new coached Turbo Training session at Carver Barracks, Wimbish in 2009.
Members need to bring their own bikes & turbo trainers, the training program is provided by one of the coaching team. Turbo Training is an excellent way to improve pedalling technique, as well as improving strength and speed work through training at varying cadence and heart rate zones.
In 2010/11, we are offering a fortnight turbo training session on a Tuesday evening. Keep an eye out in Transition for dates and details.
