Friton Lake off-road Duathlon

Fancy an early season Duathlon with a difference?  Then why not try this BRAND NEW event for 2012 – the Fritton Lake Off Road Duathlon.

This event will consist of a 3km off-road run, followed by a 10km off-road bike, finishing with a 3km off-road run, all of around the trails of Fritton Lake Country Park and surrounding woodland.

Open to anyone over 14 - (one for the juniors as well?)
